Appointments are normally confirmed within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, subject to engineer availability and any site-specific requirements.
How quickly will my engineer visit be scheduled?
Some sites require permits to work. If your site has permit requirements, please advise us as soon as possible so we can provide the necessary documentation in advance.
Do I need to provide a permit to work?
What site access information do you require?
We may require engineer names, vehicle registrations, site contact details, induction information, permit requirements and any contractor access procedures before attendance.
Yes. Where required, we can provide information for systems such as Avetta and other contractor management platforms. Please provide details of the specific requirements.
My site requires contractor accreditation. Can you comply?
Equipment will usually be couriered directly to site ahead of the visit. Where site restrictions apply, the engineer will bring it with them. Please store any delivered equipment securely so it is ready for the engineer on arrival.
Should equipment be delivered to site or brought by the engineer?
I have not received my installation confirmation.
Yes. A site visit report is produced following the engineer’s attendance and sent directly to the manager on site who arranged the installation.
Can I receive a copy of the engineer report?

You will receive automated communications throughout the process, including appointment confirmations, equipment dispatch notifications, reminders and completion notices.
