Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs about installations, engineering, dosing equipment, time management, and more.

How do I request an engineer visit?

Please submit a service request via our help and service portal. We will first work with you to try to resolve the issue remotely. If an engineer visit is required, we will arrange an appointment and send confirmation by email.

Appointments are normally confirmed within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, subject to engineer availability and any site-specific requirements.

How quickly will my engineer visit be scheduled?

Can I request RAMS for an upcoming visit?

Yes. Please complete our RAMS request form and our team will issue the relevant documentation for your scheduled visit.

Some sites require permits to work. If your site has permit requirements, please advise us as soon as possible so we can provide the necessary documentation in advance.

Should equipment be delivered to site or brought by the engineer?
