Field Service Engineer
London

You'll be joining a fast-growing business recognised for its innovation, sustainability leadership, and commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Our Field Service Engineers are responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical support across customer sites.

In this role you will:

Install and commission eco-dosing systems and associated dispensing equipment

Carry out planned maintenance visits and equipment servicing
-
Diagnose and resolve equipment faults efficiently and safely
-
Support customer site mobilisations and new business rollouts
-
Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations on dosing solutions
-
Deliver product and equipment training to customers when required
-
Ensure installations are completed to the highest safety and quality standards
-
Work closely with Account Managers and Technical Sales Managers to support customer success
-
Complete installation reports and service documentation accurately
-
Represent the BioVate brand professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, plumbing, engineering, facilities management or a similar hands-on role

Strong practical problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Organised and detail-oriented approach to work

Full UK Driving Licence

Comfortable travelling throughout your designated territory
