Join our green, dream team in a Territory Account Manager Role: London & East of England
We are two positions available:
London (5 Days a week)
East of England (3/4 Days a week in London, 1/2 a week out of London)

This is a great opportunity to develop within the industry in a role that gives you exposure to many different restaurants, hotels and catering environments in greater London, build relationships across the Capital and develop your skillset even further as a territory account manager for the fastest growing brand of cleaning & hygiene products in London.
The core focus of your role is to support and retain our existing customer portfolio by providing advice, guidance and hands on technical support to ensure the products and systems in place provide the best cleaning results.
There is a stronger focus on this role in account management and equipment maintenance rather than sales, although there is a merchandising element.

Package
The package is competitive with an OTE of £30,000 - £35,000 (Experience dependent), plus an additional companywide profit share paid quarterly, and an electric vehicle.

While our products are the next generation of cutting edge biotechnology based natural cleaning products, we strongly subscribe to old school service, with our business focused on the best possible user experience for our thousands of restaurant, hotel and catering customers.

What does the role entail?
We are fortunate to have thousands of hospitality and catering customers in London, the South East and nationally ranging from Five Star Hotels, well known Restaurant Groups, Private Members Clubs, blue chip offices and world famous Universities.
The role involves making visits to these customers, on a structured basis and ensuring that they’re using our products effectively, that their equipment is in good working order and that we support them in the use of our products by doing routine Hygiene Health checks.
You’ll know you’re doing a good job by the number of free coffees you get offered by our customers!
Our route to market is through a handful of exclusive distribution partners, Sybron, Bidfood, Nivek and Newline, a key part of the role is working closely with these partners. For new customers this entails doing site surveys of new customers acquired by our distribution partners and on an ongoing basis looking after these customer’s needs and requirements.
Responsibilities

Scheduled, account management Hygiene HealthCheck visits

Audit the customers hygiene results and recommend corrective action where needed

Ensure the customer's dispensing equipment is working well

Maintain customers dispensing equipment, this requires an element of maintenance, replacing soap dispensers, shelves, dispensing units, you need to be comfortable with a drill for this element of the role

Provide training where needed and ensure that onsite management know how to use our training academy

Complete Biovate report following visit

Service calls to existing customers

Reactive service calls to customers that require support

Site surveys of new customer sites, prior to installation

Survey customer sites prior to installation by our engineering team

Knowledge

Food Hygiene

Any formal training of qualifications relating to hygiene or hospitality

Appreciating the stress and pressure that exists within a commercial kitchen
Skills

Being a people person, being able to put busy customers at ease

Generally being a handy person, comfortable drilling holes and fitting shelves and soap dispensers.

Communication skills are key and fluent English is a must, other languages would be an advantage

Basic computer skills
Experience

Of hygiene in a commercial kitchen is a must

Any vocational training in electrics or plumbing would be an advantage

Working in the hygiene or catering environment

As a territory account manager for another manufacturer
